AI & Learning Bootcamp/Full programme

AI & Learning Bootcamp: the full 5-day programme

14-18 September 2026 · 12:00-12:45 CET · fully online · free · replay included

Sessions are delivered in French. Lire cette page en français →

Instead of five unrelated webinars, the week follows the full lifecycle of a training programme: frame, design, produce, deliver and assess, industrialise. You work all week on your own course, a real case from your day-to-day, and you leave on Friday with a complete programme rather than five disconnected tips.

WHAT REGISTRANTS ASKED FOR

Out of 1,315 registrations, 622 described in writing a concrete situation they wanted to solve with AI. The programme below is built from those answers.

Design an outline where content and timing are realistic.
Personalise content and written assessment.
Automate a few tasks, such as the emails I send.

What makes this week different

Your real course, not a case study

You arrive on Monday with a genuine need from your day-to-day. By Friday it is framed, designed, produced and tooled.

45 minutes, over lunch

Short, dense sessions at 12:00 CET. No day off to book, no budget to request. Replay sent every evening.

Everything happens live

No slides about "the challenges of AI". Live demonstrations, screen shared, including when things go wrong.

You leave with the files

Templates, activity catalogue, prompts, canvases: everything is provided. You reuse it the following week.

The week, day by day

Day 1 · Monday 14

Frame

From a vague request to a real brief

A short refresher on generative AI so everyone starts from the same point, then a live demonstration: turning a fuzzy request ("we should train the team on X") into a usable training brief.

The 45 minutes

  • 5 min · Refresher: what generative AI can genuinely do in instructional design
  • 20 min · Live demo: a vague client request becomes a brief in 15 exchanges
  • 15 min · Your turn: frame your own need with the provided template
  • 5 min · Q&A, classic pitfalls, and what you should never delegate to AI
ChatGPTClaudeFraming template

You leave with

your own training brief, and a framing method that works for any training request.

For you if: You receive vague requests and spend hours translating them into an actual need.

Day 2 · Tuesday 15

Design

The learning scenario

From brief to a complete learning design: objectives, sequencing, delivery modes, activities. AI as a design sparring partner, not a generic content dispenser.

The 45 minutes

  • 5 min · Why a raw AI-generated outline is always flat, and how to avoid it
  • 20 min · Live demo: operational objectives, sequencing, choosing delivery modes
  • 15 min · Your turn: your full outline, sequence by sequence
  • 5 min · The activity catalogue and how to plug it into your prompts
ChatGPTClaudeLearning activity catalogue

You leave with

the learning design of your own course, and a complete catalogue of reusable activities.

For you if: You want to move beyond interchangeable programmes and "three two-hour modules".

Day 3 · Wednesday 16

Produce

Training materials

From an outline to finished materials, consistent with your own brand guidelines.

The 45 minutes

  • 5 min · The right output format: why layout breaks everything and how to work around it
  • 20 min · Live demo: one sequence becomes a complete deck, on brand
  • 15 min · Your turn: produce the material for one of your sequences
  • 5 min · Automate: the assistant that does the work for you next time
GammaCanvaChatGPTFormatting assistant

You leave with

the material for one sequence, and an AI assistant that structures your future decks from an outline.

For you if: Producing materials eats entire days and you want that time back.

Day 4 · Thursday 17

Deliver & Assess

With vibecoding

Vibe-code an app to run your sessions (quizzes, interactive role-plays) and a mini e-learning module with automatic grading, without writing code.

The 45 minutes

  • 5 min · Vibecoding in plain words: describe, test, correct
  • 20 min · Live demo: an interactive quiz and a role-play, built in front of you
  • 15 min · Your turn: your first interactive resource, online and shareable
  • 5 min · A prompting method for building tools that actually work
LovableChatGPTPrompting method

You leave with

an interactive resource for your course, and a method to design your future tool-building prompts.

For you if: You have never written a line of code but you would like your own tools.

Day 5 · Friday 18

Industrialise

AI assistants and agents

Build an assistant that encapsulates the whole week's method: a pocket instructional designer that stays with you after the bootcamp.

The 45 minutes

  • 5 min · Assistant, agent, automation: what actually changes for you
  • 20 min · Live demo: the four days assembled into a single assistant
  • 15 min · Your turn: your assistant, tested on a real need
  • 5 min · What next: how to keep going monthly without starting over
GPTs / ProjectsClaude ProjectsAssistant canvas

You leave with

the ability to reproduce on your own everything you saw during the week, plus a canvas to design your own AI assistants.

For you if: You want the method to stick after the week, not just live in your notes.

Frequently asked questions

Is it really free?

Yes. The bootcamp is entirely free, replay included. We are a training broker: our model relies on the partners in our network, not on your registration.

I cannot attend every day.

The replay of each session is sent the same evening and stays available. Many participants follow asynchronously and catch up at the weekend.

Do I need prior AI experience?

No. The first ten minutes on Monday bring everyone to the same level. Every tool used has a free tier.

Do I need to code for the vibecoding day?

No, that is precisely the point: you describe what you want in plain language, the tool builds the app, you refine it through dialogue.

Who is it for?

Trainers, instructional designers, L&D and HR leads, freelancers and training providers. Anyone who designs or buys training.

Which language are the sessions in?

Live sessions are delivered in French. This page describes the full programme in English so international teams can assess the content; materials and prompts work in English too.
